The environment is very important to us, and our application process not only preserves roads for decades to come but it also makes a signification improvement in the something something. Energy Secretary Steven Chu, a Nobel Prize winning physicist, said that the concrete-colored materials on roads used at Surface Armor of the Carolinas, as opposed to blacktop, would be the equivalent to “reducing the carbon emissions due to all the cars on the road for 11 years…..” E-Krete can only be installed by PolyCon trained and certified applicators. At Surface Armor of the Carolinas we use E-Krete Polymer from PolyCon Manufacturing, the most significant pavement preservation product since the creation of asphalt. It costs up to 50% less than traditional asphalt resurfacing and can save you in excess of $70,000 per mile over a 12 year period. It consists of a durable micro-layer of cement based, high strength composites that is unaffected by water, UV, oxidation and automotive/aircraft fluids.
